HOW TO BOOK

To book a personal training session with Brendan

  1. Scroll down to the calendar that suits the timeframe you want to book

  2. Choose the appointment type.

    • If it is the first time we are seeing you in our Pakenham gym choose "First Personal Training Session". If you live further than 5km away and require mobile personal training we will call you to discuss the details.

    • For online personal training sessions, choose an appointment from the Online Consultation section.

  3. Choose the day and time that suits you

  4. Add your details and click "Submit"

  5. You will receive an email confirmation with all the details
