To book a personal training session with Brendan

Choose the appointment type.

If it is the first time we are seeing you in our Pakenham gym choose "First Personal Training Session". If you live further than 5km away and require mobile personal training we will call you to discuss the details.

For online personal training sessions, choose an appointment from the Online Consultation section.
