How do I book an online appointment?Booking an online appointment is as simple as visiting our booking page HERE Our booking process is simple and straightforward. Choose the type of consultation and fee that suits your needs, select a suitable date and time from our interactive calendar, and submit your details. An email confirmation with all appointment details will be sent to you.

Am I eligible for a Medicare rebate?Medicare rebates are available with an eligible referral from your GP. If you're not sure about your eligibility, don't hesitate to email us at contact@flexandfeed.com.au - we're here to help.

Can I get a rebate through my private health insurance?If your private health insurance 'Extras Cover' includes online dietitian consultations, you could be eligible for a rebate. Please check with your insurance provider for specifics. If necessary, we can include a Dietitian's Medicare Provider Number on your invoice.

How are payments taken?For your first appointment, you'll fill out a pre-consultation form and provide your card payment details. At the time of your appointment, we'll process the payment using Halaxy, a widely-used and secure practice management software. Learn more about it HERE

What program is used for online appointments?We use Halaxy Telehealth for all online appointments. No downloads needed! We'll send you a link to your appointment, and you just need to click it at the time of your consultation. It will open in your internet browser.

Need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?Life can be unpredictable, we completely understand! However, please keep in mind our cancellation policy to maintain fairness and efficiency: If you need to reschedule or cancel with 48 to 24 hours' notice, there will be a fee of 50% of the appointment price. This compensates for the time we set aside specifically for you. If changes crop up with less than 24 hours' notice, we'll unfortunately have to charge the full 100% of the appointment price. This is due to the difficulty of filling that slot with such short notice. For EPC/CDM appointments only: there's a $30 fee if you need to reschedule or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice. Remember, Flex and Feed is a dynamic duo offering premium, personalized advice to our fantastic community. These policies ensure we can continue to deliver our top-notch services. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business!
