How much do online appointments cost?
My goal is to provide expert advice at an affordable price. The cost of online appointments varies depending on the time and type of appointment. Please look at my booking calander and see the fees listed HERE
Am I eligable for a Medicare rebate?
In order to be eligable for a bilk billed session or Medicare reabte, you must have an eligable referral from your GP. If you are unsure if you are eligabe, please email me at email@example.com
Am I eligable for a rebate through my private health insurance?
If you have private health insurance 'Extras Cover' you may be eligible for a rebate. Please check with your health insurance provider to ensure that this includes online consultations. Some providers require a Dietitian to have a Medicare Privider Number which can be added onto your invoice if required.
How do I book an online appointment?

How are payments taken?
When you complete the pre-consultation form (prior to your first appointment), you will be asked to provide your credit card details. These card details will be used to process payment at the time of the appointment using Halaxy. This is a widely used practise management software an you can find more information about it HERE
What program is used for online appointments?
We use Coviu for online appointments. You don't need to download any apps or programs in order to use it. You will be sent a link to the appointment to click on at the time of your appointment. The link open into your internet browser (e.g. Chorme, Safari, Edge, Microsoft Explorer) and you will go into an online waiting room until time of your appointment. You can see more information HERE
