HOW ONLINE DIETITIAN APPOINTMENTS WORK

BOOK APPOINTMENT

Use the calander to book an appointment with Belinda the Dietitian. If you have any troubles, please don't hesitate to use the chat box at the bottom right or email me at contact@flexandfeed.com.au

BOOKING CONFIMRATION & PRE-CONSULTATION FORM

After you make a booking you will receive an email with your appointment details and a link to your online  appointment.

You will also receive a link to a pre-consultation form to complete online.

APPOINTMENT

Appointments are held using the program Coviu. All you need to do is click on the link on your laptop or phone at the appointment time and it will open in your browser. You don't need to download any software or apps. 

During the appointment, we will determine your goals and some of the key skills areas to focus on in order to achieve those goals. 

At each appointment, we will work through new challenges and develop your skill areas until you reach your goals.

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed at the time of your appointment. There is a $30 cancellation fee if 24 hours notice isn't provided.

Appointments are held using the program Coviu.

1. You will receive an email with a link to the session

2. Click on the link prior to your appointment time

3. Click the big red 'Join the call' button

4. Select "Yes" if you are prompted to "enable camera and microphone" in your web browser

5. Take a photo and fill in your first and last name so your clinician can identify you for security purposes

6. Accept the informed consent

7. Belinda will let you into the call at your appointment time
