Flex & Feed was created by Belinda Jones and Brendan Burchall. Brendan is a Fitness Specialist with a Diploma of Fitness who has extensive experience in the industry and helping people to reach their movement goals. Belinda is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist who is passionate about all things related to food and our relationships with it. Belinda loves the complexity of eating and all the factors that are involved with nourishing our bodies.
