My cosy little haven is designed with one goal in mind, to assist you on your journey towards better health and fitness. I'm all about creating a friendly and supportive space where every individual feels heard, motivated, and comfortable.

Meet Belinda
Your Friend in Nutrition and Movement

Hi there! I'm Belinda an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. One of my greatest joys is helping clients achieve their nutrition goals and have confidence in their nutrition choices. 

​

As a dietitian that has been working in the private practise industry since 2015, I have a broad knowledge of a vast array of nutrition related chronic conditions.

​​

I practise in the diet and non-diet approach spaces and tailor the approach based on what's going to move you from a less nourishing way of eating to a more nourishing way of eating.

​

Qualifications

Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics - Griffith University (2015)
Bachelor of Science (Food Technology and Nutrition) - RMIT
Certificate III in Fitness - Onfit Training College

Certificate IV in Fitness - Onfit Training College

My Gym

I offer one-on-one personal training for females on in my private studio gym in Heritage Springs Estate Pakenham.

Why train in a private studio vs a commercial gym?

  • No audience - Focus on lifting heavy things without worrying about being perceived. You don't need to care about what you wear or if you're doing stuff weird. You can try as hard as you like, make all the noises you like and all that's going to happen is I will give you a high 5 at the end.

  • No judgement - My first PT experience as a client involved me being told to do star jumps in front of an entire cardio section of people at a commercial gym; maximum judgement, maximum embarrassment. You won't get any of that here. My job is to help you, not judge you.

  • Maximum efficiency - Equipment is guaranteed every time. If it's in the program, we do it which means we can effectively overload the muscles without chopping and changing based on what's free. All the equipment is in the room so there is no need to waste time running across the gym to get a dumbbell. 

  • Maximum Yap - Do you know what makes exercise more fun, chatting! ​

I've got everything you need:​

  • Strength Gear: Free weights, barbells, squat rack

  • Focused Equipment: Cable machine, lat pull-down machine, and gym accessories.

  • Air-Conditioned & Heating Comfort: Train in a comfortable setting.

 

At Bloom by Bella, I'm all about creating a supportive and judgement-free zone where everyone, regardless of their fitness level, feels welcome. It's a place where friendly vibes meet serious fitness, ensuring that each session is not just productive but also enjoyable.

I take the cleanliness and safety of our workout environment seriously. Rest assured, every piece of equipment is thoroughly sanitized between sessions.
