Meet Belinda
Your Friend in Nutrition and Movement

Get to know Belinda, our warm and bubbly Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. With years of experience in nutrition, Belinda takes great joy in guiding her clients towards their health and wellness goals. 

​

When she's not working with clients, Belinda can be found tending to her indoor jungle or exploring the beauty of nature — a reflection of her appreciation for a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle.

Qualifications

Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics - Griffith University
Bachelor of Science (Food Technology and Nutrition) - RMIT
Certificate III in Fitness - Onfit Training College

Certificate IV in Fitness - Onfit Training College

Our Gym

We offer one-on-one personal training in our private studio gym in Worthington Estate Pakenham. No crowds, no fuss – just focused fitness.

We've got everything you need:

  • Cardio Choices: Curved treadmill, bike, and rower.

  • Strength Gear: Free weights, barbells, squat racks, and specialty bars (e.g. training bar, safety bar, trap bar.)

  • Focused Equipment: Cable machine, lat pull-down machine, and gym accessories.

  • Air-Conditioned & Heating Comfort: Train in a comfortable setting.

 

At Flex & Feed, we're all about creating a supportive and judgement-free zone where everyone, regardless of their fitness level, feels welcome. It's a place where friendly vibes meet serious fitness, ensuring that each session is not just productive but also enjoyable.

Your Personal Trainer

Brendan, our dedicated Personal Trainer, is the driving force behind BB Body Fitness. Since 2011, he has been passionately assisting clients to transform their fitness aspirations into reality.

 

Brendan's expertise spans from strength training to functional fitness and athletic performance. His individualised programmes are designed to align with your personal needs and goals.

Brendan, known for his friendly, funny and kind nature, ensures every client feels at ease and motivated during their sessions. When not in the gym, Brendan engages in his love for music and water sports.
