COVID SAFE CLIENTS

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Prior to each session, we ensure that clients complete the DHHS Caronavirus Self-Assessment Tool and temperature checks. 

All personal training equipment is cleaned thoroughly between use.

DURING YOUR SESSION

Brendan will maintain a 1.5m social distance in addition to wearing a mask at all times. Sanitiser and cleaning products will be available to use as needed. Face masks/ coverings are required to be worn during the session however can be removed once performing strenuous exercise or out of breath (as per the DHHS directives) ​

AFTER YOUR SESSION

All touched surfaces are disinfected after use.
